The 21st Annual Cedar Fairmount Summer Festival will take place on Sunday, August 9, from noon to 4 p.m. There will be live music by Blue Lunch and Tony Quarles and The Discovery Band, an Artisan Vendor Fair, Rocket Ship Car, Cleveland Metroparks NatureTracks, City of Cleveland Water Buggy, Cleveland Heights Officers, Fire Truck, Heights High student musicians, stilt walkers and more.
The Cleveland Heights Church will host a children's fair with games for kids of all ages. Merchants and restaurants will offer special deals, along with streetside food for purchase.
Nonprofit organizations serving Cleveland Heights are invited to have a complimentary table to promote their services. Arts and Culture organizations based in Cleveland Heights are being incorporated into the activities.
The 13th Annual Heights Music Hop—a three-day celebration of live music, local businesses, and community connection—takes place August 28–30. The Cedar Fairmount District will be in the spotlight on Friday, August 28, beginning with a special kick-off performance at Luna Bakery and Cafe from 1–3 p.m., followed by live music throughout the district from 5–11 p.m.
